Ministries
Our ministries are shared with our student participants, who offer service to the homeless and working poor. We educate and enlighten students with mission trips, seminars, discussions and shared prayer.
Student Disciples in the CIty
Student Disciples in the City offers students opportunities for outreach and service to the homeless as well as the residential and working poor through soup kitchen, shelters, food pantries, free stores, learning centers and Bethlehem on Broad Street.
Mission Trips
Mission Trips create ways to make a difference in students’ lives. The Downtowners’ Mission Trip with the Mt. Carmel College of Nursing to Washington, D.C. provided ways to experience the effects of poverty through direct service.
Seminars
The Downtowners creates and participates in seminars on campuses and in the community as well as organizing seminars held on location at our various trips and outings.
